Hi, one of our team members has moved on and we need to remove their access to the brain. They still have a user account set up - what's the process to deactivate it?

Hi Kenny, I can help with that. Just send me the user's email address and I'll deactivate their account and remove them from all roles. Once that's done they won't be able to log in. Let me know and I'll get that sorted. Thanks, Callie

Yeah, it's one of our team members who left last month. Can you make sure the account is fully removed - we don't want any lingering access.
