Current to 11 Oct 26Recent support tickets from one platform are not appearing in the brain despite existing in source system, affecting reporting. Bethan asked customer to check sync status.
Problem: Support tickets from a platform existed in the source system but were missing from the brain, delaying reporting. Handling: Bethan asked Javier to verify the connector's last successful sync and identify the date range of missing tickets. Watch: Data freshness risk. If connector sync is delayed or stalled, records will age and reporting becomes unreliable. Confirm sync completion urgently and establish root cause.

The tickets definitely exist in our system but they're not appearing in any of the brain queries. This is starting to affect our reporting. Any ideas on what could be happening?

Can you check if the last sync completed successfully in the connectors section? Also, what's the date range for the tickets you're missing? That'll help me narrow it down. Thanks, Bethan
