Problem: User invitations were timing out repeatedly, preventing onboarding of team members. Abi had created a second admin account manually, which likely triggered the issue. Handling: Connor diagnosed that multiple admins need the permission cache to refresh and walked Abi through clearing it by logging out completely and logging back in. Watch: Onboarding friction during this phase could delay adoption; monitor whether invites work smoothly after the cache clear.

I've managed to set up my admin account fine, but when I try to send invites to colleagues, the form keeps timing out. - public_reply · Connor Webb 11 Dec 2024 16:57That could be it. Multiple admins sometimes need the permission cache to refresh. Can you try logging out completely, closing the browser entirely, then logging back in? Once you do that, try the invites again and let me know if it works. Thanks, Connor
