Hi, I'm trying to create a saved search in the platform so our team can quickly find scheme members by status without re-entering the filters every time. I've looked in the interface but can't figure out where the save option is. Is this a feature available in our plan?

Hi Kirsteen, great question. Yes, saved searches are available in Starter. To create one, run your search with the filters you want, then look for the 'Save this search' button at the top of the results panel. You should see it next to the export option. Let me know if you spot it and we can go from there. Thanks, Bethan

I found it! I was looking in the wrong place. I was expecting it in the filter panel. Works great. One more thing, can we set a saved search as the default when the team logs in? That would save us a few clicks every day.

Glad you got it working. Unfortunately, setting a saved search as the default login view isn't available in Starter, that's part of Growth and Enterprise. But you can share your saved search with the team as a bookmark, or I can show you how to set it as a dashboard widget so it's visible as soon as someone opens the dashboards. Which would be more useful for your workflow? Thanks, Bethan
