Current to 12 Oct 26Dashboard widget rendering too narrow after layout adjustment; text clipping prevents reading; page refresh and browser zoom do not resolve; escalated to engineering for CSS fix.
Problem: Priscilla reported a dashboard widget rendering at incorrect width after a layout change, causing text to be clipped and making content unreadable without zooming. Handling: Bethan confirmed the issue persists after page refresh with standard browser zoom. She suggested zoom as temporary workaround and escalated to Kieran Walsh in engineering to investigate a CSS bug in the responsive layout. Watch: Open ticket awaiting engineering fix; confirm delivery date and test before production deployment.

- public_reply · Priscilla Bowen 6 Oct 2026 09:34Just noticed a widget on the dashboard isn't displaying properly. It looks like the layout change we made yesterday might be causing it to render at the wrong size.
- created · Priscilla Bowen 6 Oct 2026 13:09There's a display issue with one of our dashboards. A widget is rendering too narrow and the text is getting cut off, making it hard to read. It started yesterday when we adjusted the dashboard layout. Can you look into it?
- public_reply · Bethan Lister 6 Oct 2026 14:02Hi Priscilla, thanks for letting us know. Can you tell me more about what you're seeing? Does refreshing the page change anything?
- public_reply · Priscilla Bowen 7 Oct 2026 11:12Refreshing doesn't help. The widget is still too narrow and text is clipped. This has been going on since yesterday. If I zoom in, I can read it fine, but that's not a practical workaround for my team.
- public_reply · Bethan Lister 7 Oct 2026 12:11Just so I've got this right - the widget width isn't adjusting to fit your viewport properly, so the content is being cut off. Try toggling the browser zoom to normal and let me know if that helps. I'll also flag this to our engineering team.
