Bas Kuijpers requested automated alerts when key metrics breach thresholds to help managers catch spikes. Bethan Lister offered workaround and logged request with product team.

Problem: Bas Kuijpers asked whether the brain can trigger alerts when metrics exceed defined levels, as manual dashboard review misses spikes. Handling: Bethan responded within 34 hours with a workaround (Snowflake-level alerts) and logged the feature request with the product team. Watch: This signals product-market feedback that customers want proactive alerting, not just dashboards. Could be expansion opportunity at renewal if roadmap advances alerting.

We're thinking about alerts on key metrics, would that be something the brain could do for us?

We'd like to set up alerts when certain metrics breach a threshold: for example, alert us if any installer's complaint count goes above a certain level in a month, or if order volume drops. Would that be something the brain could do? Our managers check dashboards daily but sometimes miss the spikes.

Hi Bas, that's a great request and something we're looking at for future releases. For now, the best workaround is to review your dashboards monthly, you could also use your Snowflake tools to set up alerts at the database level if you want more automation. I've logged your request with the product team and we'll keep you posted. Thanks, Bethan

Data as of Fri 9 Oct 2026. Text marked AI was written by the brain from the records listed in its made-from link; an AI output that cannot cite its evidence is refused and the previous text kept. Where two systems disagree (for example a contract and the CRM), the key facts show both values and mark the difference.
