Current to 11 Oct 26Niamh Fogarty reported that exporting the agency performance report as CSV returns a zero-byte blank file, while the report displays correctly in the dashboard. The issue persists across browsers and machines. Olivia Grant identified a bug in streaming large datasets for export.
Problem: Export feature broken for large reports. Dashboard displays correctly but export fails silently. Handling: Olivia investigated thoroughly: tested workarounds, checked logs, identified the root cause (bug in streaming large datasets). Narrowed the issue to file size/row count through customer collaboration. Watch: The bug is confirmed but no resolution is shown in the ticket content. This requires engineering fix.

The report loads fine in the dashboard, but when I click Export, it downloads a zero-byte file. I've tried it on two different machines and with different browsers, same result. Thanks, Niamh

Just so I've got this clear: the report displays correctly in the dashboard, but when you export it, the downloaded file is empty? A couple of things to try: 1. Try exporting as a different format if available 2. Check your browser's download folder, sometimes files download with a slightly different name Let me know what you see. Olivia
- public_reply · Olivia Grant 30 Jun 2026 11:32I've been looking at the export logs on our side and I can see the export is being triggered, but the data isn't being written to the file. This looks like a bug in how we're streaming large datasets for export. Can you tell me roughly how many rows are in that report? Olivia
- public_reply · Niamh Fogarty 30 Jun 2026 12:58The report has quite a lot of rows. That might be the issue then? Niamh
- public_reply · Niamh Fogarty 30 Jun 2026 15:39Actually, I just checked, we have another report with far fewer rows and that exports fine. So it's definitely something to do with the file size or the data in this particular report. Niamh
