Current to 11 Oct 26Siobhán Nolan requested date-range filtering for dashboards so her sales team can filter by date without rebuilding dashboards. She reported the need is a blocker for the sales team and they are asking for it weekly. Bethan logged it with the product team and offered a workaround.
Problem: Missing feature blocking sales team workflow. Customers must rebuild dashboards to change date ranges. Handling: Bethan acknowledged the request, logged it with product, offered a workaround (rebuilding with query filter). Siobhán escalated: the team needs this in the next sprint as the workaround is not sustainable. Watch: This is a feature blocker with repeated asks from multiple users. Risk signal: if not prioritized, customer dissatisfaction may grow.

- created · Siobhán Nolan 30 Apr 2026 11:47Hi, We need date-range filtering on dashboards. Right now we can only filter text fields, we need to filter by date ranges like 'show me all orders from March' without rebuilding the entire dashboard each time. This is becoming a blocker for our sales team. Can you prioritise this? Cheers, Siobhán
- public_reply · Bethan Lister 30 Apr 2026 17:12Hi Siobhán, Thanks for the request. Date-range filtering is definitely a common ask. I've logged this with the product team. For now, the best workaround is to rebuild the dashboard with a date filter in the query itself, though I know that's not ideal. I'll update you if there's movement on this. Thanks, Bethan
