Current to 11 Oct 26Femi Olatunji reported the Salesforce connector had not synced new data since the previous morning after they reset the API key. Connor Webb identified the API credential update as the root cause.
Problem: Connector stopped syncing after a security update to Salesforce API key; new data was not flowing to the brain. Handling: Support checked sync logs, confirmed last successful run, then identified the API credential change as the root cause. Watch: Medium urgency as data sync was broken, risking stale data, but issue was identified quickly. Customer could resolve by updating connector credentials.

- created · Femi Olatunji 11 Nov 2025 10:09Hi, the Salesforce connector hasn't synced any new data since yesterday morning. We pushed some changes through to Salesforce and they should be showing up in the brain, but nothing's changed. The connector was running fine until then. Can you look into what might be holding it up?
- public_reply · Connor Webb 11 Nov 2025 12:19Hi Femi, I've checked the connector logs. The last successful sync ran earlier this morning. Can you confirm the data you're expecting to see is definitely in Salesforce now? Also, have there been any recent changes to your connector settings or API credentials?
- public_reply · Femi Olatunji 12 Nov 2025 13:22We've confirmed the data is there in Salesforce. We did reset our API key yesterday as part of a security update, and we updated it in the connector settings. That might be the culprit.
