Hi, I'm trying to figure out how to pull all transactions for a specific month so I can reconcile with our accounting system. I've tried using the date filter on the search page but can't seem to get the right format. What's the best way to do this?

Hi Femi, good question. You can filter by date in a couple of ways. The search interface accepts dates in YYYY-MM-DD format, just enter a start and end date for the period you want and it'll pull the results. Let me know if you run into issues.

Thanks Connor, that worked. Is there a way to export the results to a file? We'd like to pull this monthly and send it to our finance team.

Yes, absolutely. Once you've filtered your results, there's an 'Export' button at the top right of the results table. It'll download a CSV file. You can then import that into your accounting system or share it with finance. That's probably the quickest way to get the data you need month-to-month.

Data as of Fri 9 Oct 2026. Text marked AI was written by the brain from the records listed in its made-from link; an AI output that cannot cite its evidence is refused and the previous text kept. Where two systems disagree (for example a contract and the CRM), the key facts show both values and mark the difference.
