Problem: The main dashboard was blank, affecting everyone. The brain API responded normally and other dashboards worked, narrowing the issue to the dashboard or session level.
Handling: Olivia checked refresh logs and confirmed the call data came through normally at 07:15. She ran the dashboard query successfully on her end, then suggested clearing the browser cache and logging back in. That resolved the issue, suggesting a session or cache problem on the customer's side.
Watch: If cache issues recur, consider implementing automatic cache refresh or warning users of stale browser state.

The brain API is responding normally when I test it, so I'm not sure what's going on on the dashboard side. Can you help? Let me check a couple of things: what time did the nightly refresh complete, and are your other dashboards showing data OK? That'll help me narrow it down.
