Current to 11 Oct 26Kingdon Diagnostics upgraded to Enterprise tier (150 users) and implemented SSO with Microsoft 365 SCIM provisioning. Olivia managed setup from BB-Demo side with weekly check-ins; manual login available until SCIM auto-provisioning goes live.
Problem: After upgrading to Enterprise, the customer needed to set up SSO for 150 users (adding 110 new users to the existing 40) using SCIM from their Microsoft 365 tenant.
Handling: Olivia confirmed the requirements, collected necessary details (tenant ID, admin contact, group lists), and committed to weekly progress updates. Manual login was available as interim step while engineering set up SCIM auto-provisioning.
Watch: Monitor adoption rate of auto-provisioned users post-SCIM to confirm smooth transition.

- created · Ryan Heslop 12 Mar 2026 09:32Hi team, following our upgrade to Enterprise, we need to set up SSO access for a large group of users across multiple sites. We currently have 150 users who need access via our Microsoft 365 SCIM setup. Can you walk us through the implementation and what we need from our side to get this working?
- public_reply · Ryan Heslop 12 Mar 2026 15:14To clarify, we've already got forty users licensed under the Growth tier. The Enterprise plan gives us 150 seats total, so we're adding roughly a hundred and ten new users. All of them need SSO access and we want to use SCIM from our Microsoft 365 tenant. Do you need any particular config details from us before you start the setup?
- public_reply · Olivia Grant 12 Mar 2026 20:06Thanks for the clarification, Ryan. Yes, we'll need your Microsoft 365 tenant ID, admin contact details, and a list of the groups you want to provision. Once we have those, we can set up the SCIM connector from our side. For your full 150 users with SSO, you're all set on the Enterprise plan. Can you get those details over to me?
- public_reply · Ryan Heslop 16 Mar 2026 11:47All the details are in the attached CSV. Our IT team provided the tenant ID and we're ready whenever. Do you need anything else from us?
- public_reply · Olivia Grant 16 Mar 2026 14:59Perfect, I have everything I need. Our engineering team will handle the SCIM setup over the next few weeks. I'll check in with you weekly on progress. In the meantime, users can start logging in manually, and once SCIM is live, they'll auto-provision. I'll send you the login details shortly.
