Current to 11 Oct 26Wes requested a historical snapshot feature to enable month-on-month comparisons for monthly reports. Bethan confirmed the feature is on the roadmap for next quarter.
Problem: Wes needed to look back at data on specific dates to build month-on-month comparisons, currently impossible with only live data. Handling: Bethan responded within a day, checked with the team, and confirmed a historical snapshot feature capturing daily state will ship next quarter. Watch: This signals forward planning and sustained engagement; the feature may drive higher adoption once available.

- created · Wes Jago 14 Mar 2024 16:02We'd love a way to pull historical data for a monthly report view. Right now I can see current state but I need to be able to look back at what the data looked like on specific dates so I can build month-on-month comparisons. Is that something the brain can do?
- public_reply · Bethan Lister 15 Mar 2024 05:26Thanks for the suggestion, Wes. I've picked this up. That's a great use case. The brain currently shows live data, but I can see why a time-slice view would be useful for your reports. Let me check with the team on what's possible and I'll be back to you within a couple of days. Thanks, Bethan
- public_reply · Wes Jago 19 Mar 2024 09:07No rush, Bethan. Whenever you've got an answer. We're building the reporting process now so if it's coming, I can plan for it.
- public_reply · Bethan Lister 19 Mar 2024 10:08Spoke to the team. We can add a historical snapshot feature that captures the state of your data at a set time each day. That should give you the month-on-month view you're after. It's on the roadmap for next quarter. Thanks, Bethan
- public_reply · Wes Jago 19 Mar 2024 16:01Perfect. That's exactly what we need. Thanks for checking on it so quickly.
