As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Dan asked for guidance on building the first dashboard after watching the tutorial. Callie offered structured guidance starting with identifying which data to display first and proposed a call to review the three main dashboard panels.
Problem: Dan was one week into the implementation and needed help with the first dashboard setup despite watching the tutorial video.
Handling: Callie offered a structured approach: identify which data to display first (client name, contract reviews, or recent orders), build a template starting with that choice, and review the controls together. She proposed a call to walk through the three main panels and map the data architecture to the UI.
Watch: Standard onboarding adoption question; early engagement shows Dan was actively working through the system.

- created · Dan Hosken 30 Jan 2024 15:08We've been live for a week and I've been trying to get a dashboard set up so the account managers can see all their client information in one place. I watched the tutorial video but I think I'm missing a step somewhere. Should I start with the templates or build from scratch? What's the best way to get up and running?

What I need from your side is to tell me which data you want to see first: is it the client name, the contract reviews, or the recent orders? That maps cleanly to the three main panels. Once you've decided, I'll build you a template to start with and walk you through the controls. How does tomorrow morning sound for a quick call to run through it? Thanks, Callie
