Handling: Olivia tested the role configuration on her end and confirmed the settings. Customer reported adding more test users and expected to complete an internal reconciliation. Last BB-Demo response was 2026-09-24 with no further communication.
Watch: ticket marked open. Customer said they would reconcile by end of week; no confirmation received. Follow-up may be needed to confirm rollout completed.

We've been testing it with a small group and want to confirm everything's configured correctly before we roll it out more broadly. Can you confirm: 1. Is the role filtering out the financial and billing dashboards? 2. Are intake coordinators seeing the referral source fields as expected? 3. Can we add more users for testing, or should we wait until you've signed off? We're keen to get this rolled out so the team can start using it properly. Thanks, Trent- public_reply · Olivia Grant 21 Sep 2026 16:45Hi Trent, Perfect timing. I've just tested the role on our end and can confirm the configuration. Here's what I'm seeing: 1. Financial and billing dashboards are excluded 2. Referral source fields are all visible to the role 3. You can add more users for testing. No issues with that. One thing I noticed when I tested it: the intake form is showing through, and so are the intake notes. Just wanted to make sure that's what you're expecting on your end?
