- created · Katrin Vogelsang 22 Jul 2026 11:35We have a new team member joining the merchant operations group next week, and we need to set up her access to the brain. To be precise, what steps does she need to take to get access? Once she has access, what roles are available in the brain, and what can each role view or modify? We need all of this documented for audit purposes and to ensure we comply with our governance framework. Best regards, Katrin
- public_reply · Olivia Grant 22 Jul 2026 18:29Hi Katrin, thanks for getting in touch. Your new team member will need access to your Snowflake account, where the brain is deployed. Once she has a Snowflake role with the right permissions, she can log into the brain immediately. The brain inherits Snowflake's permissions, so the same roles apply. Can you confirm that Jonas will handle the Snowflake access setup on your side? Thanks, Olivia
- public_reply · Katrin Vogelsang 24 Jul 2026 09:41Jonas will manage the Snowflake side. What I need is a complete list of the roles available in the brain and what each role can and cannot do: what records she can view and what she can modify. We need this documented for our compliance and audit procedures. Best regards, Katrin
