Current to 11 Oct 26User asked how to filter clients by pipeline stage. Support provided search syntax which worked; customer requests simpler UI with quick filter or dashboard column.
Problem: Client directors needed to filter clients by recruitment stage (new prospect, active placement, completed) for pipeline reviews. Handling: Support provided search syntax ("clients where stage = active placement") which worked immediately and exported as CSV. Customer confirmed it saved time versus manual export but requested a simpler dashboard UI. Watch: Feature request suggests potential Growth tier value; dashboards builder is a Growth feature.

I've looked at the main dashboard and can't find a filter for it. Is there a simple way to do this? They use it all the time for their pipeline reviews.

You can do this with the search tab. Try typing: "clients where stage = active placement" and the brain will pull that list for you. You can export it as CSV as well if you need it offline. Give that a try and let me know what you see. Thanks, Bethan

- public_reply · Saskia Mendes 1 Apr 2025 09:18Perfect, it worked. The directors used it in their reviews this morning and it saved them time. Much better than the manual export they were doing before.
- public_reply · Saskia Mendes 1 Apr 2025 15:25Can we make it simpler though? Would it be possible to add stage as a quick filter or column on the main dashboard? The directors would use it every time.
