Problem: Same accounts appearing multiple times when filtering by branch despite clean source data. Handling: Bethan confirmed with engineering that this was a connector deduplication bug where records with the same account number should merge but were not. Engineering began working on the fix. Watch: Data quality issue could affect customer analysis until resolved.

When I filter by branch, the same accounts are appearing twice in some cases. Both entries have the same account number and name. Can you investigate? Cheers, Tariq

Can you tell me roughly how many accounts are affected and whether you're seeing this across all branches or just some of them? Thanks, Bethan
- public_reply · Tariq Saleem 24 Jun 2026 15:12Bethan, it's happening with a number of accounts across several branches. When I look at the data through a filter, I can see they're definitely coming through as duplicates from the connector. The source data in the branch system is clean, so it's something in how the brain is handling the load. Cheers, Tariq
- public_reply · Bethan Lister 25 Jun 2026 14:06Cheers for that detail. I've picked this up with the engineering team. Looks like a connector deduplication issue where records with the same account number should be merged but aren't. They're working on a fix now. I'll update you once it's rolled out. Thanks, Bethan
