Current to 12 Oct 26Tariq asked how to verify overnight connector loads were completing on schedule; Bethan pointed to the admin panel Data sources view for refresh timestamps.
Problem: Tariq was unsure whether to check the brain's admin panel or Snowflake directly for connector completion status. Handling: Bethan explained that the admin panel shows each connector's last refresh timestamp and completion status, with row-count detail available in the Snowflake refresh log table if needed. Watch: Tariq confirmed this was helpful and resolved to monitor the timestamps to show his team the data is current.

We've got the CRM and the call recorder wired up, and I want to make sure the overnight loads are completing as expected. Is there a place in the brain where I can see the status of each connector individually, or do I need to be checking the logs directly in our Snowflake account? I want to show the team that everything's loading on schedule. Cheers, Tariq

In the brain's admin panel under "Data sources", each connector shows its last refresh timestamp and whether it completed or errored. For more detail on row counts, you'd query the refresh log table in your Snowflake schema directly. Thanks, Bethan
- public_reply · Tariq Saleem 20 Oct 2025 16:31Perfect, that's exactly what I needed. I've checked the admin panel and I can see the timestamps there. I'll check the load log in Snowflake for the counts if I need to dig deeper. This is much clearer now. I'll be able to show the team that the data is current. Cheers, Tariq
- public_reply · Bethan Lister 21 Oct 2025 13:59Brilliant. Just let me know if you hit any snags or the timestamps don't match what you're expecting. Thanks, Bethan
