Current to 11 Oct 26Tariq Saleem asked whether the brain can preview raw connector data before indexing to validate data quality. The load log shows record counts and errors but not individual records.
Problem: Customer wanted a preview or test mode to catch malformed data before indexing. Handling: Support engineer identified that load logs show counts and errors but no dedicated preview feature exists. Watch: Feature gap identified; customer would benefit from a data validation tool before sync.

Is there a preview or test mode where I can validate the records are clean, or do I need to check the load log after the fact? I'm trying to catch any malformed records before they get indexed.

Just to confirm, you want to preview the records from the branch connector before they're indexed by the brain, to catch data issues upfront? The load log in the admin panel shows real-time status from each sync run. You can review the record count and any errors there. Is that what you're after? Thanks, Bethan
- public_reply · Tariq Saleem 1 Oct 2025 10:12That's helpful. I've checked the load log and I can see the record count and error messages, but I can't see the actual records themselves, just the count and any failed rows. Is there a way to export or preview the raw data from the connector before it gets to the brain, so I can inspect the individual fields? Cheers, Tariq
