Current to 11 Oct 26Neil set up read-only viewer roles for branch directors. Asked whether access can be restricted by region; ticket incomplete on whether region-level filtering is available in current tier.
Problem: Neil, a Regional Branch Director, wanted to set up read-only access for branch directors without letting them change data or see accounts outside their region. Connor provided clear guidance: use the admin panel to set up viewer roles and map SSO groups.
Incomplete: Neil asked whether the brain can restrict which branches directors see, so they see only their own region. The ticket does not show a final answer on whether region-level data filtering is available or is an upgrade.

Do I need to be an admin? I've got a few branch directors who want to log in and start using it, but I don't want them changing anything or seeing data they shouldn't. Can you walk me through it?

In the admin panel, go to the Users section and you'll see an option to invite new users and set their roles. There's a read-only viewer role that's perfect for what you want. I'll send over a quick guide with screenshots, and just shout if you get stuck.
