Current to 11 Oct 26Brandon Russell reported duplicate customer records. BB-Demo investigated and found root cause was duplicate records in Salesforce, not the platform.
Problem: Customer saw duplicate entries breaking queries with a board meeting deadline creating high time pressure.
Handling: BB-Demo asked for examples, investigated and found duplicates in customer's Salesforce with different IDs. Advised merge in Salesforce. First response 24 minutes.
Watch: Risk if customer doesn't understand root cause is in their system; follow up after they merge.

- public_reply · Brandon Russell 25 Aug 2026 09:17Is this a data quality issue on our end or something with the brain's indexing?
- created · Brandon Russell 25 Aug 2026 10:55We're seeing duplicate entries for some customers. One record is split into two. This breaks our queries and we need it fixed before tomorrow's board meeting.
- public_reply · Olivia Grant 25 Aug 2026 11:19Hi Brandon, can you share a specific example of a duplicated record? That'll help me trace where it happened. Thanks, Olivia
- internal_note · Olivia Grant 25 Aug 2026 14:08Brandon sent a customer ID. Record exists twice in their Salesforce with different IDs. Root cause is there, not the brain. Advise him to merge in Salesforce first.
