Current to 11 Oct 26Thomas Janssens reported duplicate client records appearing in search with different contact details (old and new phone numbers). Olivia Grant investigated; the duplicates reflect source data differences rather than a BB-Demo issue.
Problem: Thomas Janssens noticed duplicate client records in search results showing the same client with old and new phone numbers.
Handling: Olivia Grant asked for specifics. Thomas explained the duplicates came from source data where the same client appeared twice with different contact information. Response time was 359 minutes, exceeding Starter SLA of 4 business hours.
Watch: Duplicates from source systems confuse searches. Recommend data deduplication in source systems or document the limitation.

- public_reply · Olivia Grant 3 Aug 2026 23:54Hi Thomas. Thanks for reporting this. Can you give me an example of which records are duplicated? And have you seen them in a single search result, or showing up separately?
- public_reply · Thomas Janssens 4 Aug 2026 09:12Sure, it's one of our client records showing up twice in the search results. Same client but with slightly different contact details - old phone number in one, new phone number in the other. That explains why they looked like duplicates.
