Current to 11 Oct 26Johan Berglund requested custom date range filters in the dashboard builder (such as 'last 30 days' or year-to-date) to reduce manual date adjustment. Olivia added the feature to the product backlog and provided a SQL workaround.
Problem: Dashboard builder lacks flexible date range filters, requiring manual adjustment each time.
Handling: Olivia validated the request as a popular feature request, added it to the product backlog, and provided a parameterized SQL workaround Johan could use immediately.

It would be great if the dashboard builder supported custom date range filters, such as 'last 30 days', 'year to date', or specific custom ranges. Right now I have to manually adjust dates each time, which is a bit tedious. Would this be something you could add?

In the meantime, you can achieve something similar using parameterised queries in SQL if you want to experiment. Would you like an example of how to set that up?
- public_reply · Johan Berglund 11 Dec 2025 13:38That's helpful, thanks. I'll have a look at the SQL workaround. It's not urgent, just would make the workflows a bit cleaner. Thanks for considering it for the product.
