Problem: Policy dashboard loading slowly; multiple team members confirmed slowness; chat interface queries performed normally. Handling: Bethan reproduced the issue and identified an inefficient join against the policy data. She optimized the query and deployed the fix. Aoife confirmed the dashboard was much faster. Watch: Good diagnosis and swift resolution. Shows customer actively using dashboards for analytics.

A colleague tested it and sees the same slowness. - public_reply · Aoife Tuohy 27 Jan 2026 12:23It's just the policy dashboard. Queries work fine in the chat interface but the dashboard itself takes ages to load. A colleague tried it and confirmed the same thing.
