Feature request for email scheduling of reports. Logged with product team. Workaround offered: export dashboards manually and arrange distribution. Solved and closed Dec 2025.

Problem: Ilse de Graaf requested automated weekly report scheduling to save manual work. This is a feature expansion, not a support issue.

Handling: Olivia Grant acknowledged the request, logged it as a feature request with the product team, and offered a workaround using manual dashboard exports. First response was 350 minutes.

Watch: This is a healthy expansion signal. Ilse is thinking about workflow automation and pushing for more sophisticated features.

We'd like the ability to schedule automated reports and have them emailed to our team on a weekly basis. Is this something that could be added to the brain? It would save us a lot of manual work every week. Cheers, Ilse

Thanks for the suggestion. Automated report scheduling is a great idea and something we've heard from other customers too. I've logged this as a feature request with our product team. In the meantime, you can export dashboards manually and arrange for them to be sent to your team on whatever schedule works best for you. Thanks, Olivia

Data as of Fri 9 Oct 2026. Text marked AI was written by the brain from the records listed in its made-from link; an AI output that cannot cite its evidence is refused and the previous text kept. Where two systems disagree (for example a contract and the CRM), the key facts show both values and mark the difference.
