Current to 11 Oct 26Dashboard filters not persisting when user closes and reopens pages. Confirmed bug; filter disappears multiple times during user testing of dashboard feature.
Problem: Oliver created a filter in a dashboard but it disappeared when he closed and reopened the page. This is a bug in the dashboard persistence logic. Oliver confirmed it happened multiple times.
Handling: Support confirmed defect through troubleshooting with customer. Root cause investigation needed.
Watch: Feature defect may reduce adoption of dashboard builder if not fixed promptly.

- created · Oliver Kirkby 11 Feb 2026 09:58I created a filter in one of the dashboards and it worked fine, but when I closed the page and came back, it's gone. Is that expected? Seems like it should remember my filter.
