Problem: Three key-account managers couldn't access the orders dashboard despite having identical settings to users who could. The issue affected a business-critical view for the NHS team.
Handling: Olivia Grant asked targeted troubleshooting questions about login status and page availability. Sunita Bains investigated further and discovered the root cause: the three users were set to read-only instead of editor. Changing them to editor resolved access by 22 Dec 2025, four days after creation.
Watch: The permission model needs clearer documentation. A read-only role that blocks dashboard access is counterintuitive and will recur.

- created · Sunita Bains 18 Dec 2025 10:36Three of our key-account managers cannot see the orders dashboard when they log in, though others in the same team can. I've checked their user profiles and everything looks the same: licence level, team assignment, all identical. Not sure what I'm missing here. Can someone help?
- public_reply · Olivia Grant 18 Dec 2025 18:27Thanks for reaching out. To help me troubleshoot: are the three users able to log in successfully? And can they see other pages in the brain, or is it just the orders dashboard that's unavailable to them? That'll help me narrow down what's going on.
- public_reply · Sunita Bains 22 Dec 2025 09:47They log in fine. It's just the orders dashboard: everything else works. I had another look at their profiles and spotted it: they were set to read-only. Changed them to editor and now they can see the dashboard. All sorted, thanks.
