We use this for our monthly trust reports. I know the brain has the data - I just need to know if there's a way to get it out. What's the best approach here?

The easiest way is to run your query and then click the download button at the top of the results: it gives you CSV or Excel. You can do this from any query or dashboard. Give that a try and let me know if you need anything else. Thanks, Olivia
- public_reply · Helen Varley 25 Apr 2025 13:47Thanks, that worked a treat. We're now pulling the data we need for our reports. One more thing - when we export, can we export just the columns we need rather than all of them? Would save us time cleaning up the files.
- public_reply · Olivia Grant 28 Apr 2025 15:52Good question. You can customise your query before exporting - just remove the columns you don't need from your query view, and the export will only include what you've selected. That way you won't have any extra data to clean up. Does that solve it? Thanks, Olivia
