Lee Garside asked how to build a dashboard showing trust renewals in the next 90 days. Bethan Lister provided an example dashboard with filtering patterns and proactively followed up. This shows adoption of the dashboard builder for business-critical use.

Problem: Lee needed guidance on filtering and displaying renewal dates in the dashboard builder for an end-of-week deadline. Handling: Bethan provided an example dashboard with clear step-by-step filtering guidance, then checked in proactively. This demonstrates adoption of the dashboards feature for business-critical use by a key-account manager solving a revenue management problem.

This is for an urgent report, my manager wants it by end of week if possible.

Hi, I need to build a dashboard showing which trusts are coming up for renewal in the next 90 days. The renewal dates are in the data, but I'm not sure how to filter and display them properly in the dashboard builder. Can someone walk me through it?

Hi Lee, I can walk you through this. The renewal dates are in the contracts table. I've put together a quick example dashboard showing the filtering pattern, I'll email you the link. You can copy it and adjust the filters to show your 90-day window. Let me know if you've got questions about the steps. Cheers, Bethan.

Data as of Fri 9 Oct 2026. Text marked AI was written by the brain from the records listed in its made-from link; an AI output that cannot cite its evidence is refused and the previous text kept. Where two systems disagree (for example a contract and the CRM), the key facts show both values and mark the difference.
