Current to 11 Oct 26Elliot Kirkby reported duplicate partner records with different names in Salesforce and call recordings. Bethan Lister explained duplicates originate in source systems. Elliot confirmed the customer cleaned Salesforce and expected refresh to resolve it.
Problem: A key partner appeared twice with variant names across Salesforce and call data, making reports inconsistent.
Handling: Support identified the source was duplicated data in the customer's upstream systems (before the brain). Customer took action to clean Salesforce, expecting the next refresh cycle to resolve it.
Watch: Data quality depends on source system housekeeping. Monitor whether the refresh cleared the duplicates.

- created · Elliot Kirkby 25 Mar 2026 17:09We're seeing what looks like duplicate records for one of our key partners. Same partner name appearing twice with slightly different contact details. Creates confusion when running reports.
- public_reply · Bethan Lister 25 Mar 2026 19:39Thanks for flagging this. Duplicates usually come from the source systems before they reach the brain. Can you tell me which partner is duplicated and which systems they appear in, Salesforce, calls, or both?
- public_reply · Elliot Kirkby 26 Mar 2026 10:57It's coming from both Salesforce and the call recordings. The name is slightly different in each one. We've already cleaned it up in Salesforce, so the next refresh should reflect that.
