Problem: Dana's searches returned lease records twice, one indexed from the CRM and another from the contracts system, degrading reporting accuracy. Handling: Olivia investigated the issue and identified that both the CRM and contracts system were pulling the same lease records separately. She updated the mapping to de-duplicate across the two sources. Watch: Data quality issue with reporting impact. First response was 322 minutes, slow for a reporting-affecting issue. Customer confirmation of fix is not visible in the transcript.

I've updated the mapping to de-duplicate across those two sources. Can you run a search now and let me know if the duplication has cleared up?
