Problem: After Dana's contracts system renamed lease ID fields and restructured record layout, new lease data stopped appearing in the brain. Handling: Olivia asked for the updated schema. Dana provided details showing LeaseID renamed to Lease_ID and TenantName renamed to Tenant_Name with restructured parent-child relationships. Olivia updated the connector mapping and confirmed new leases appeared on the next refresh. Watch: Good root cause analysis and customer collaboration. First response was 325 minutes, slow for blocking operational data. Connector fragility to customer system changes is a key reliability concern.

The old data is still there, but new leases we've added in the last few days aren't showing up. We made some changes to our contracts system last week - added new fields and restructured things a bit - and I suspect that's related. Our operations team uses this data daily, so we need to get it working again. Quick questions to help me sort this: 1. Did you change field names or just add new fields? 2. What about the structure of the export - did that change too? 3. I've sent you a copy of the updated schema - should show you exactly what's changed. Let me know if you need anything else to make the connector work with the new setup.

You changed "LeaseID" to "Lease_ID" and "TenantName" to "Tenant_Name", and restructured the parent-child relationships. I've updated our mapping to match.
