Gemma asked how to create a dashboard showing retailer complaints by category for monthly reviews. Olivia provided step-by-step guidance and Gemma confirmed it met requirements.

Problem: Gemma needed a 90-day complaint dashboard for account manager reviews but was unsure which fields to use and how to configure the date range. Handling: Olivia guided her through the dashboard builder, identifying Service Tickets as the data source and the Category field as the key mapping. Customer confirmed the dashboard worked perfectly. Hi, I'm trying to set up a dashboard showing retailer complaints by category over the last 90 days for our monthly account manager reviews. I've looked at the help docs and templates, but the examples use different systems to ours. I'm not sure which fields I need to use or how to set the date range properly. Can you walk me through the steps?

Hi Gemma, happy to help with that. Go to Dashboards and select 'New', then choose the Service Tickets data as your source. Add a chart widget and set it to show data as 'Card Type'. Next, filter by Date Created for your 90-day range, then group the results by the Category field, that field shows the complaint type. That should give you the dashboard you need for the account manager reviews. Let me know if you'd like to make any other adjustments.

Brilliant, I've set it up and it's showing exactly what we need for the reviews. The Category field was the key. Cheers!
