Current to 11 Oct 26Customer service manager requested guidance on setting up role-based access so regional admins could see only their region's accounts. Olivia provided a detailed guide that customer successfully self-implemented.
Problem: Kelly needs to implement access controls for new regional admins (Scotland and Northern) to limit visibility to their geographic area. Handling: Olivia provided documented guidance rather than scheduling a call, reducing friction. Kelly found the guide clear and self-served implementation, indicating strong documentation and customer capability. Watch: This is healthy expansion - customer is operationalizing the brain across regions, indicating growing organizational value. New regional admins suggest potential for additional user seats.

I've got new admins for our Scottish and Northern regions, and they shouldn't see retail accounts outside their region. Is there a way to set up role-based access so I don't have to manage every user individually? Thanks, Kelly
- public_reply · Olivia Grant 8 Jul 2026 15:13Hi Kelly, thanks for reaching out. I can help with this. Just so I understand: you want to create admin roles that limit access to specific regions, and then assign users to those roles, is that right? We can definitely set that up. It's done through the permissions settings in the admin panel. Let me send you a guide on how to create custom roles and assign them to users. I'll get that over to you first thing tomorrow morning. Thanks, Olivia

- public_reply · Kelly Sharpe 9 Jul 2026 11:09Thanks, Olivia. I've had a look at the guide and it's clear. Just one question: can I edit the roles later if the regions change? Thanks, Kelly
- public_reply · Kelly Sharpe 9 Jul 2026 12:59Sorry, ignore that, I found the answer in the guide. Looks like we're good to go. Really helpful stuff. Thanks, Kelly
