Current to 11 Oct 26Thirty to forty recent repairs jobs failing to sync after housing system upgrade. Filter rejecting records due to changed status field format; fix applied and batch re-synced.
Problem: Batch of approximately thirty to forty jobs from the end of the upgrade window were not syncing to the brain, though the housing system showed them as updated. Handling: Bethan Lister found a connector filter was rejecting records because housing system changed the status field format. Filter corrected and batch re-synced. Paul Rigby confirmed new jobs appeared but noted older jobs still had duplicate-counting issue remaining.

- created · Paul Rigby 23 Mar 2026 08:03We're still seeing a lot of mismatches between the repairs system and the brain. A whole batch of jobs from last week aren't syncing properly. The housing system shows them as updated but they're not appearing in the brain at all. Can you check why the sync is failing?
- public_reply · Bethan Lister 23 Mar 2026 15:40Thanks for flagging this. I've checked the connector logs and the housing system is definitely sending the updates. Something's blocking them on our end though. I'm investigating the sync pipeline now. Have you seen anything else that's not coming through, or just that batch?
- public_reply · Paul Rigby 24 Mar 2026 16:50Looks like everything from that batch, maybe thirty or forty jobs. All recent, from the last few days of the upgrade window. The duplicate issue we reported before is still there too.
- public_reply · Bethan Lister 25 Mar 2026 12:07I've found it: there's a filter in the connector that's rejecting those records because of how the housing system changed the status field format. Fixing that now and re-syncing the batch. You should see them come through within an hour.
- public_reply · Paul Rigby 26 Mar 2026 09:59Just checked and the batch has come through now. Still seeing the doubles on older jobs from the upgrade week, but the new stuff is there. Any update on fixing the double-counting? Paul
