Problem: Paul Rigby reported double-counting of repairs jobs starting when the housing system upgrade went live, affecting every job from the upgrade week onwards. Handling: Support confirmed the pattern and asked for affected job details. Paul provided detailed tracking showing the duplication was universal across jobs created after the upgrade. I've run a report and jobs are appearing twice in the brain, which is breaking our dashboards for the stand-up. This started right when the upgrade went live. I can share the detailed report if it helps you track down where the duplicate is coming from.
- public_reply · Bethan Lister 9 Mar 2026 18:24Just so I've got this right, the housing system started counting the same repairs job twice after the upgrade went live? That would definitely explain the mismatch we're seeing. Can you tell me a couple of the affected job details so I can check what the brain is actually seeing and pulling from your system?
- public_reply · Paul Rigby 11 Mar 2026 12:54Yes, exactly that. Been tracking it since the upgrade. Latest report shows it's across the board: every repairs job from the upgrade week onwards is duplicated. No exceptions. Happy to share the spreadsheet if that helps with the investigation. Paul
