Mismatches between repairs statuses in brain and housing system; records showing as open in brain but closed in system. Support investigating connector logs and schema.

Problem: Repairs jobs showed different status in the brain than in the housing system; about twenty jobs were showing as open when the system showed them resolved. Handling: Bethan Lister requested examples to trace through logs and schema. Paul Rigby provided a list of about twenty examples from the past week. Internal investigation found the connector was running but status updates were not coming through; suspected housing system field name change or connector query issue.

We're getting mismatches between the repairs data in the brain and what's actually in the housing management system. Some jobs are showing up with different status than what's in the system, and it's making it hard to trust the dashboard first thing in the morning. I've got a list of examples if that helps you track down what's going on.

Thanks, Paul. Can you send over the list of examples so I can trace them through? I'll need the job ref, the status it's showing in the brain, what the housing system shows, and roughly when it started. Thanks, Bethan

List attached. Most of them are from the past week or so. The housing system shows them as resolved but the brain still has them as open. There's about twenty of them. Paul

Checking the connector logs from 2 Mar 2026 onwards. Repairs connector is running but status updates aren't coming through, housing system may have changed a field name or the connector query needs tweaking. Will check schema with Ewan.

Data as of Fri 9 Oct 2026. Text marked AI was written by the brain from the records listed in its made-from link; an AI output that cannot cite its evidence is refused and the previous text kept. Where two systems disagree (for example a contract and the CRM), the key facts show both values and mark the difference.
