Paul reported repairs jobs appearing twice since the housing system upgrade, with identical jobs showing different timestamps minutes apart. Bethan traced this to the connector running twice during the upgrade window. Duplicate count began clearing by 11 Feb 2026.

Problem: Repairs jobs appear twice with different timestamps minutes apart. The duplicates are consistent across refreshes and not a display issue. Paul notes the BI team cannot trust the figures. Handling: Bethan traced the issue to the connector running twice on the same records during the upgrade window. Duplicate timestamps match the migration window. The duplicate count began clearing by 11 Feb 2026.

Watch: Loss of confidence in system accuracy is explicit. The underlying connector-run-twice issue appears to be clearing but requires monitoring.

Morning, Repairs jobs are double-counted in the brain since the housing-system upgrade went live. It's not one-off, I've been tracking it and every refresh brings the same duplicates. The repairs dashboard shows it clear. Same job appearing twice, different timestamps minutes apart. Job refs are in the spreadsheet I've attached, it shows which repairs are affected and the timestamps. This breaks our morning stand-up reporting. BI team can't trust the figures. Any update on this? Paul

Thanks for getting in touch. Just so I've got this right: repairs are appearing twice in the dashboard after the upgrade, with different timestamps. I can see the spreadsheet you've attached. Quick question: is this affecting repairs that existed before the upgrade, or are new repairs being duplicated as well? Thanks, Bethan

Bethan, It's consistent, same repairs showing every refresh, not new ones. I've attached the updated report showing the affected records side by side. Timestamps are minutes apart. Not a display issue. Any update? Paul

Cheers Paul. I can see from the report. Just to pin this down: did these duplicates start right after the upgrade went live, or did they appear a day or so after? I'm checking with the platform team on what changed in the housing-system connector. Once I hear back I'll know what happened. Thanks, Bethan

Spoke to Ewan. Connector ran twice on the same records during upgrade window. Duplicate timestamps match the migration window. Ewan's checking if it's a one-off batch or if the connector's still duplicating on new jobs. Fix in progress.

Bethan, Just ran the latest refresh and the duplicate count is down. Looks like it's clearing. Can you confirm the fix is live? Paul
