Current to 11 Oct 26Paul reported the repairs dashboard counting roughly a dozen records higher than the housing system shows. Bethan reproduced the issue and committed to investigating the connector logs.
Problem: The repairs dashboard shows duplicate counts roughly a dozen higher than the housing system, breaking operational reporting that operations rely on for daily stand-ups. Handling: Bethan reproduced the issue on her end with the same pattern and committed to tracing connector logs to find where duplicates are introduced.
Watch: This is the first repairs duplicate complaint; the pattern repeats across multiple subsequent tickets, suggesting a systemic connector issue.

- created · Paul Rigby 4 Apr 2025 15:19Morning, we're seeing duplicate counts in the repairs summary dashboard again. The housing system shows one count but the dashboard is higher, off by roughly a dozen. Job refs attached in the screenshot. Operations team rely on this figure for their daily stand-up, so we need the accurate count before they start work. Can you investigate?
- public_reply · Bethan Lister 4 Apr 2025 15:54Thanks Paul, just so I've got this right: the housing system is showing one count, but the dashboard is showing a higher number with duplicates. I can see the screenshot showing the count discrepancy. I've reproduced it on my end with the same pattern. Let me trace through the housing system connector logs to find where the duplicates are being introduced. I'm checking whether something changed in how the system is reporting those jobs. I'll have an answer for you by end of day tomorrow.
