Craig's scheme managers need to export search results to CSV for monthly reporting. Currently they copy results manually into Excel. Bethan passed feature request to product; Craig says they're managing but it's a gap.

Problem: scheme managers can't export query results to CSV, forcing manual copying into Excel for monthly reports (error-prone, time-consuming). Handling: Bethan quickly clarified the use case and committed to passing it to product for roadmap review. Craig confirmed the need and noted the team is managing for now but feels limited. Watch: adding CSV export would address a real workflow gap for the team.

Hi Craig, thanks for raising this. Just so I've got this right – you need to export query results into a spreadsheet so the team can work with them offline, yes?

That's right. They compile monthly reports and having an export function would save them spending ages transcribing things. CSV would be perfect.

Hi, just to flag something our scheme managers keep asking about. When they search the brain for call summaries or member queries, there's no way to export the results. They're copying things manually into Excel for monthly reports, which is tedious and error-prone. Could you add CSV export functionality? That'd really help the team.

Understood. I'll get this to the product team and see where it sits on the roadmap. In the meantime, are you managing with how things are at the moment?

Managing for now, but it's definitely a gap. Let me know what the product team come back with.
