Current to 10 Oct 26Scheme managers asked for automated weekly reports instead of manual searches. Bethan suggested dashboards as a current workaround and noted scheduled email reports could be discussed at QBR.
Problem: Craig's scheme managers wanted periodic reports auto-refreshed weekly rather than running manual searches each time. Handling: Bethan explained the brain's Growth tier offers dashboards that can be pinned to Slack or shared via links, and suggested the team could set this up. Noted that true scheduled email reports could be discussed at the next QBR. Watch: Feature gap on scheduled reporting; worth evaluating for product roadmap.

Rather than running manual searches each time, they'd like something that refreshes weekly with the latest call summaries and member query tickets. Is this something the brain can do?
- public_reply · Craig Paterson 9 May 2024 15:15Just to clarify - they're looking for something like a scheduled report that goes out every Friday morning with a summary of activity from the past week. Nothing complex, just a way to automate the routine reporting rather than manually running the same searches each time. Regards, Craig
- public_reply · Bethan Lister 9 May 2024 22:28Thanks for the detail, Craig. The brain doesn't have built-in scheduled reports yet, but our Growth customers can achieve this with dashboards. You can set up a dashboard with the metrics your team needs and share it. Options include pinning it to Slack or using dashboard links. I'm happy to show your team how to set one up if that would help. Thanks, Bethan
- public_reply · Craig Paterson 13 May 2024 11:35That's helpful, thanks. Scheme managers have been shown how to use dashboards and they're getting more comfortable with the interface now. I reckon the dashboard approach will work fine for them. Regards, Craig
- public_reply · Bethan Lister 13 May 2024 12:45Excellent. Just so you know, if they ever want something more automated down the line - say actual scheduled email reports - that's worth discussing at the next QBR. But for now, dashboards should do the job. Cheers, Bethan
