Problem: Scheme managers wanted to save favourite searches. Handling: Bethan explained no save feature exists yet but search URLs include all filters and can be bookmarked or shared. Craig confirmed the workaround works well for the team's needs. Watch: Feature gap identified; consider for future roadmap to reduce friction.

Just to flag, we've had a few scheme managers ask how to save and share their favourite searches in the brain. Is there a feature for this? We'd like to know what to tell them.

Hi Craig, great question. The brain doesn't have a save-favourite feature yet, but you can share a direct link to any search result. When they run a search, the URL includes all the filters, so they can bookmark it or email the link to colleagues. That should work well for sharing. Thanks, Bethan

Just to follow up - have your scheme managers been able to use the shareable search links? Let me know if they need anything else or if you'd like to discuss a save feature for a future release.

Thanks, Bethan. The shareable links work fine for what they need. Scheme managers are pleased with that solution. We'll let you know if we need anything else down the line. Regards, Craig

Data as of Fri 9 Oct 2026. Text marked AI was written by the brain from the records listed in its made-from link; an AI output that cannot cite its evidence is refused and the previous text kept. Where two systems disagree (for example a contract and the CRM), the key facts show both values and mark the difference.
