Jenna asked for guidance on how to ask questions effectively to get faster answers. Bethan advised on specific query phrasing and offered a guide or demo.

Problem: Jenna reported slow answers and wanted best practices for effective queries. Handling: Bethan explained the brain works best with specific details, names, companies, dates, and that broad questions take longer. Offered a guide or call to walk through examples. Watch: User education on query phrasing can improve perceived performance and adoption.

Hi, we've been using the brain for a couple of months now but I'm not sure we're getting the best out of it. Sometimes answers come back slowly, and I'm wondering if there's a guide on how to ask questions effectively. Are there best practices we should follow? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Jenna.

Hi Jenna, brilliant question. The brain works best when you give it specific details – person names, company names, date ranges, whatever's relevant to what you're looking for. Broad or vague questions can take longer to answer because the brain has to search more widely across your data. I can send you a short guide on how to phrase questions for best results, or we could hop on a quick call to walk through some examples. Let me know what works best. Thanks, Bethan.

Data as of Fri 9 Oct 2026. Text marked AI was written by the brain from the records listed in its made-from link; an AI output that cannot cite its evidence is refused and the previous text kept. Where two systems disagree (for example a contract and the CRM), the key facts show both values and mark the difference.

BB-Demo is a fictional company: every organisation, person and figure here is invented for this demonstration. B-Brain is the tool that reads its data.
