What this says
Current to 10 Oct 26Jenna asked how to save searches to avoid rebuilding filters weekly. Bethan explained the save search button and sidebar feature. Jenna confirmed it solved the problem.
Problem: Jenna needed to repeat the same search filters multiple times weekly to check pipeline status. Handling: Bethan guided her to the built-in save search button, which stores searches in the sidebar for one-click reuse. The feature already existed and met the need immediately. This is routine product education and a positive signal of adoption.

- created · Jenna Price 4 Jul 2025 08:16Hi, I'm running the same search several times a week to check our pipeline status. Is there a way to save my search so I don't have to rebuild the filters each time? Thanks, Jenna
- public_reply · Bethan Lister 4 Jul 2025 11:37Hi Jenna, thanks for getting in touch. Just so I've got this right – you're looking to save a search query so you can run it again without rebuilding the filters? That's a great question.
- public_reply · Jenna Price 7 Jul 2025 15:57Sorry for the slow reply – we've been mad this week. Yes, that's exactly what I mean. Ideally something I can access from a list. Would save us a lot of time.
- public_reply · Bethan Lister 8 Jul 2025 14:51Good news – you can do this. In the search results, look for the 'Save search' button at the top. Give it a name and it'll appear in your sidebar under 'Saved searches'. Then you can run it any time with one click.
- public_reply · Jenna Price 10 Jul 2025 10:27Perfect, that's exactly what we need. Brilliant. Thanks for the help, Bethan. Really handy feature.
