What this says
Current to 10 Oct 26Dean Hargreaves could not access a specific customer account, getting a permission error. Bethan suggested clearing the browser cache; Dean confirmed the issue was resolved after clearing cache and logging back in.
Problem: Dean could not view a specific account despite having accessed it the day before, though other accounts remained accessible. Handling: Bethan diagnosed a session or cache issue and asked Dean to clear his browser cache and log back in. Dean confirmed access was restored. Watch: single-account access errors are typically session-based but may signal a deeper permission boundary issue if they repeat.

I was trying to pull up one of our retail accounts – checking the orders and the notes – and it just said I didn't have permission to view it. Very odd cos I was doing exactly the same thing yesterday and it was fine. Had a look at some of our other accounts and could get into those no problem, so not sure what's happened to that one. Can someone have a look?

Can you try clearing your browser cache and logging back in? Once you're back in, try accessing that account again and tell me what happens. If you're still seeing the error, can you take a screenshot?
- public_reply · Dean Hargreaves 30 Oct 2025 14:08Cheers, Bethan. Cleared the cache and back in now – all working. Account's showing up fine, can see all the notes and orders. Not sure what happened but it's sorted. Cheers, mate.
