I've found the dashboards builder, but I'm not sure how to connect the different data sources or if there's a particular way to set up filters so each manager sees only their own accounts. Is there a guide or a process I should follow? Thanks, Aisha

The dashboards builder is in the right place. Here's how to set it up: 1. Start a new dashboard. 2. Add a table for contract accounts – use the CRM data source and filter by the owner field. 3. Add another table or card for delivery exceptions from the helpdesk connector, filter by the assigned person. 4. Do the same for support tickets. 5. Once you've built it, save it and you can share it with each manager – they'll only see their own records based on the row-level access settings. That should get you started. Have a go at that and let me know if you hit any snags. Thanks, Bethan

I've set up filters for the account data and exception tickets. One question: is there a way to show total ticket volume as a summary number at the top rather than listing every ticket? I want the managers to see a quick count without scrolling. I've tried a few ways but not sure what I'm missing. Thanks, Aisha
