I noticed this morning that the dashboard isn't showing any fresh call data – nothing from today – and the records indexed count hasn't moved since yesterday. I've checked the connector settings on our end and everything looks fine to me. The Tuesday review relies on this being current, so I wanted to flag it quickly. I've attached a screenshot. Can you take a look? Thanks, Aisha

You've checked the connector settings on your end and they look correct. Can you try a couple of things for me? 1. In the connectors page, click on the calls connector and tell me what the status light shows – is it green or red? 2. Check if anything's changed with the call recorder system or your integration credentials recently – even a password change or a system update your IT team might not have mentioned. Let me know what you see and I'll take it from there. Thanks, Bethan
