Hi, can someone have a look – I'm trying to find a customer account but I can't work out how to search for it. I've clicked around the account view but it's gone a bit odd. Is there a search function I'm missing? Cheers, Dean

Hi Dean, Just so I've got this right – you're looking for a specific customer account but the search isn't where you'd expect it. Here's the quickest way: go to the Accounts page and click the search box at the top. Type the customer name or postcode and it'll filter the results as you type. If you need to narrow it further, there's also a dropdown next to the search box where you can filter by region or contract status. Can you try that and let me know what you see? Thanks, Bethan
