Right now I'm building those by hand from the claims system and our CRM. It's time-consuming and error-prone. Can the brain pull that together for me in one go?
- public_reply · Bethan Lister 24 Sep 2026 15:15Hi Callum, thanks for the question. Just to be clear – you want to pull claims from the claims system and link them to a specific submission, then export the status and reserve figures together? That way the syndicates get a single view of their exposure on that deal. Just need to check: is the claims system already connected as a connector in your brain?
- public_reply · Callum Reid 28 Sep 2026 16:09Yes, it's connected. The issue is I don't know how to build the query to match claims to the submission. It's a many-to-one relationship and the brain interface isn't obvious. Can you walk me through how to do it?
